If you would like to cancel, from the top right ‘gear’ icon we have a Company option, which will allow you to click the red x icon next to the company Status field:
Once this is done you can confirm the deactivation as of the ‘current’ month, or a month in the future.
Please note that invoicing is done in arrears, so on the first of the month, the invoice would be for services in the prior month.
Once the company is deactivated (as of the chosen deactivation date), the company is inaccessible, and all data will be permanently deleted 90 days after the chosen deactivation date.
This data is not restorable, and it is very important that all the data is obtained prior to the deactivation date to keep for your records.
