In some cases there are reasons why you would not want to permit fingerprint enrollment on the device.
First, make sure you are on at least version 1.0.55 from the top left menu - settings - about device.
To update to the latest version, tap the top left menu - software update - download updates manually.
Follow the steps below to ensure that fingerprints cannot be used to punch:
- Tap the top left menu (must be a clock admin in Timeco)
- Identification Workflows
- Tap the trash icon next to the fingerprint icon and OK to confirm
- Verify the clock no longer accepts fingerprints
