As a supervisor, it is your responsibility to ensure that employees are working within the allowed Geolocation boundaries setup within the system. The following will provide an outline on how to manage the timecards based on Geolocation.
Navigate to Timecard - All Timecards - Map located at the top of the timecard per employee.
Pick your employee, and by default you will see the current pay period, but you may select other options as well:
The Map will display pins where the employee has successfully punched in or out from.
Select a punch from the table, if you wish to zero in on a punch time on the map.
Use the Control key on your keyboard + Mouse wheel to zoom out/in to get a larger/smaller picture of the allowed radius or use the + and – icons at the lower right.
The legend at the bottom is useful to determine the types of punches. For example, if you see a red pin, the employee is punching outside the allowed boundaries.
If you wish to review who is working as of this very moment, navigate to Employees - Who is Working and all employees who are currently punched in will display here.
Use the icon to search for who is nearby, based on an address:
